While attending the C21 Global Conference, I had the opportunity to attend a class that Jon was teaching on recruiting. His approach to recruiting was immediately appealing to me and I joined his coaching program on the spot. Since then, Jon has been extremely helpful in helping me acquire the tools and skills that I need to compete in a very competitive market place. We have on boarded 30+ agents in the past 60 days with even more growth projected over the summer. We set a goal for our company to recruit 100 agents within our first 10 months of operation and I am happy to report that, with Jon’s help, we appear to be on target to reach that goal.
